The taste

Nose Gentle wisps of peat add depth to sweet cured bacon glazed with heather honey. Hints of baked apple balance the tangy sherbet lemon aromas. Taste Creamy and sweet honey and chocolate flavours mingle with warming white pepper. Rich vanilla layered with ripe banana and vibrant citrus undertones. Finish Long, smoky, and slightly drying bonfire embers finish in an herbal edge.
