Nose
Baked apples and vanilla custard with a refined floral edge. Elderflower spring blossoms complement bursts of tangy lime.
Taste
Smooth; fresh lime and elderflower flavours develop into ripe exotic fruits – banana, apricot, and mango with hints of chilli. Intense sweet honey balances the mature oak notes.
Finish
Medium; sweet fruits subside into charred oak with flashes of lime.
