Nose
Poached pears swirled with sweet toffee and vanilla custard. Candied brazil nuts and hints of oak give way to lighter floral aromas of sugared violets and fresh citrus zest.
Taste
Mouth-warming; white pepper evolves into freshly baked apple pie with ground ginger. Hard candy flavours give way to delicate floral undertones with nuances of freshly cut grass.
Finish
Charred oak lingers with a slightly drying cacao powder edge.
