Nose
Golden apple and ripe pear are joined by hints of plums and tangy rhubarb. Fresh lime zest aromas join toasted malt, almost akin to a citrus cheesecake.
Taste
Thick and mouth-coating; gentle warming spiced peaches and apricot jam complements creamy vanilla custard with nuances of silky milk chocolate.
Finish
Drying; oak lingers with traces of pink grapefruit.
