Nose
Lightly spiced with stewed raisins and sultanas. Clove studded oranges combine with nut praline centred chocolate truffles. Herbal undertones remain throughout.
Taste
Fresh cracked black pepper opens out into gentle sherry flavours. Sticky dates and figs coated with sweet toffee sauce. Fragrant cinnamon sticks and ginger biscuits provide a mouth warming spice.
Finish
Woody notes linger with delicate ashy tones. Charred oak highlights.
