Nose
Intense fruit aromas – fragrant pear and pineapple with toasted coconut. An undercurrent of sweet, dried meadow hay runs throughout.
Taste
Bursts of white pepper balance pineapple and flambéed banana flavours and open into creamy vanilla, caramelised sugar, and fresh-grated nutmeg. Toasted oak undertones evolve with time.
Finish
A delicate herbal finish develops as the sweet tropical fruit flavours disperse.
