Nose
Floral: spring blossom, gorse and lavender evolve into subtle notes of sherbet. Fresh green apple aromas are complemented by sweet vanilla pod.
Taste
Creamy with hints of black pepper. Ripe banana and green apple flavours combine with a slightly oily and nutty undertone. Toasted oak begins to unveil.
Finish
Delicate; hints of banana and toasted cereal join gentle oak undertones.
