Nose
Hard toffee with roasted nuts followed by ripe autumnal fruits - apple and pear. Delicate vanilla and banana notes with charred oak.
Taste
Sweet butterscotch flavours with lightly spiced apple. Ripe banana, almond, and toasted malt flavours come to the fore with charred oak and fresh lime undertones.
Finish
Short and peppery with charred oak on the finish.
