Nose
Fresh and floral - dew on grass with plenty of ripe pear and thick honey-comb aromas. Delicate hints of oak and spice infuse with flambéed banana and white chocolate.
Taste
Creamy with a gentle heat. Crème anglaise, honey, and elderflower alongside crystalised violet. Honey drizzled pear flavours are present on the palate with an underlying charred oak edge.
Finish
Medium bodied; smooth and balanced with pepper and ripe autumnal fruits.
