Nose
Pressed green apple, ripe pear, and subtle hints of cut grass. Fresh peach and ripe banana aromas evolve into smooth chocolate. Spring orchard blossom tones are present in the background.
Taste
Tangy green apple flavours lead to creamy vanilla. Hints of fragrant lychee with warming chilli and black peppercorns slowly develop into nuances of oak.
Finish
Medium bodied; slightly drying with fresh fruit on the finish.
