Nose
Ripe autumnal fruits - apple and pear, followed by sweet vanilla pod. Lemon peel provides fresh undertones while hints of ripe banana and wild strawberry come to the fore.
Taste
Creamy initially with cracked black pepper providing warmth. Red apple, ripe pear, ground ginger, and dark chocolate flavours give way to orange marmalade and nuances of oak.
Finish
Medium bodied; lingering ripe fruit with bursts of citrus and balancing oak influences.
