This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Nose
Intense vanilla and toasted cereal aromas slowly fade to reveal fresh herbal notes. Cut grass and meadow hay transform into sweet dessicated coconut with touches of ripe banana.
Taste
Smooth and sweet with bursts of juicy tangerine. Dark chocolate and toasted nut flavours develop into red apple. Subtle hints of menthol evolve into eucalyptus with a gentle oak edge.
Finish
Medium bodied; fresh and lingering herbal notes on the finish.
