Nose
Rich vanilla custard develops into sweet apple. Notes of fresh grass lead to hints of marshmallow and chocolate.
Taste
Creamy and sweet initially with warming spice. Hints of pineapple, red apple and dark chocolate develop alongside oak influences.
Finish
Light, with lots of chocolate and spice on the finish.
