Nose
Rich vanilla aromas with undertones of ripe autumnal fruits, fudge and a touch of ginger. Toasted cereal and ripe banana give way to delicate hedgerow blossom notes.
Taste
Spicy and creamy with notes of pepper, apple and ginger. Butterscotch develops and accompanies pears, elderflower and a hint of lime. Charred oak develops.
Finish
Apple lingers alongside oak and spices.
