This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Rich Sherry influences leading to brown sugar and toasted cereal aromas which give way to notes of strawberries and cream. Dark fruits aromas (Cherries and plums) with undertones of dewy grass.
Smooth with bursts of black pepper initially with dried fruits (stewed raisin/prunes/dates), milk chocolate and rich Seville orange flavours combine with hints of butterscotch. Undertones of toasted almond and toasted oak linger.
Velvety chocolate and oak preserve on the finish.
