Nose
Sweet vanilla custard initially leading to fresh baked apple pie aromas. Toffee and treacle notes develop with a hint of sharp lemon zest.
Taste
Sweet flavours of treacle and ripe banana give way to a hint of lime. Mouth-warming black pepper develops, leading to lemon cheesecake with a subtle touch of orange peel.
Finish
Long and spicy on the finish with sweet lime and roasted nuts.
