Nose
Delicate sherry aromas with dried fruits and a hint of citrus. Rich milk chocolate develops and gives way to toasted oak with traces of ripe banana.
Taste
Soft and spicy; white pepper initially with a gentle hint of toasted oak. Sweet red apple and pineapple flavours develop alongside dried fruit and rich malted chocolate.
Finish
Light bodied; sweet oak on the finish with a hint of spice.
