Nose
Fresh aromas of ripe pear and sweet sherbet are complemented by floral notes of honeysuckle. An undertone of green apple develops alongside subtle hints of aniseed and malted cereal.
Taste
Ripe apple gives way to sweet citrus flavours; lemon, lime and orange. Rich vanilla develops alongside honey and charred oak with a hint of cracked black pepper.
Finish
A medium finish of banana and gentle golden syrup.
