This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.
Nose
Rich vanilla and baked apple give way to sweet dates and orange zest. An undertone of marzipan develops alongside hints of ginger and cinnamon.
Taste
Sweet, dark honey combines with spicy chilli and creamy caramelised orange. Malted cereal develops accompanied by milk chocolate and an undertone of aniseed.
Finish
Medium to long finish with warm spice and citrus zest.
