Nose
Rich SMOKY notes are followed by gentle PRESERVED LEMON and a soft FLORAL edge. TROPICAL FRUITS come to the fore alongside sweet PEACH and a hint of BLACK PEPPER.
Taste
MIXED NUT and CURED MEAT flavours accompany strong hints of CITRUS fruit. CHARRED OAK notes develop alongside soft traces of VANILLA POD.
Finish
Medium-bodied with persevering APPLE and ROASTED PEANUTS with a delicate wisp of SMOKE.
