Created in 1968 by whisky visionary, George Urquhart, over the years this range has featured single malts from almost 100 Scottish distilleries. Comprising more than 2,000 individual bottlings, each Connoisseurs Choice tells its life story through its label: cask type, bottling date, strength, vintage and tasting note.
Nose
Rich VANILLA and PEAR aromas combine with a hint of HONEY. COCONUT comes to the fore alongside MILK CHOCOLATE and MINT.
Taste
Sweet TROPICAL FRUIT and BROWN SUGAR flavours lead to GRAPEFRUIT. Soft BLACK PEPPER gives way to MIXED NUTS and light HERBAL notes.
Finish
A smooth and medium-bodied finish with lingering OAK and PINEAPPLE.
