Nose
Ripe APPLE and a touch of HONEY intertwines with dried BANANA. PINEAPPLE and CITRUS FRUIT come to the fore alongside crystallised VIOLETS.
Taste
BLACK PEPPER is balanced by GREEN APPLES and BROWN SUGAR. Creamy TROPICAL FRUIT combines with poached PEAR.
Finish
Medium with toasted ALMONDS and subtle SPICE.
